In marriage, women have the right to choose her own husband. She is free to require her husband-to-be to sign a pre-nuptial agreement. The pre-nup not only includes any money she will receive in the event of a divorce but also contains any Islamic rights she wishes to enforce for herself: the right to a divorce, the right to keep custody of her children if there is a divorce, the right to continue her education, the right to work, the right to wear a head covering or to not wear a hear covering, the right to be the one and only wife – forbidding her husband to take any other wife while he is married to her -- or whatever other issues most concern her.
If a woman chooses not to require a pre-nuptial agreement, she will have to follow the Divine Law in regard to any disagreements that may arise between herself and her husband in the future.
The freedom of will granted by Islam carries a great responsibility. Women must educate themselves on their rights. Once they understand their rights, they must come together in order to obtain and reclaim their God-given rights and actively pursue the development of a fair and just community of believers.

Not all the Muslims wear the same things. Some Muslims Wear different clothes beacuse of their Country. These are some styles that are worn in Turkey.A woman has the right to keep her property or wealth, whether earned or inherited, and spend it as she may please.
This right was granted to Western women only very recently, and the women of India had to wait until 1956 for a right which Muslim women have always taken for granted. Concerning the right to one's earnings, the Holy Quran says:
"And wish not for the things in which Allah has made some of you excel the others. For men there is reward for what they have earned, (and likewise) for women there is reward for what they have earned, and ask Allah of His Bounty. Surely, Allah is Ever All-Knower of everything.

THE WORD "HIJAB" in the QURAN
"Hijab" is the term used by many Muslims women to describe their head cover that may or may not include covering their face except their eyes, and sometimes covering also one eye. The Arabic word "Hijab" can be translated into veil or yashmak. Other meanings for the word "Hijab" include, screen, cover(ing), mantle, curtain, drapes, partition, division, divider.
In old days women were treated as slaves.Their personal constant concerning anything related to their well-being was considered unimportant,to such a degree that they were never even treated as a party to a marriage contract.
Women’s equal rights in Islam begin immediately in the Quran’s Creation Story. I want to note here that Islam’s holy book, the Quran, has many similar stories to those found in the Torah and the Bible. Muslims believe in many of the same prophets who are mentioned in the Jewish Scripture as well as the New Testament: Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Mary, etc.
Hijaab literally means screen, curtain, partition and concealment. As a verb it means to conceal oneself from the view. In Shari‘ah the word means to completely hide one’s self from the view of the ghair mahram. (A man with whom marriage is permissible) The normal and general rule of Hijaab is total seclusion and segregation between males and females (non-mahrams).

This is called a Jilbab.
The Jilbab is an outer garment which covers the whole body.
This definition is discerned from a lexical and textual basis:
The nature and description of the Jilbab can be understood from the lexical definition of the word jilbab as explained in classical Arabic dictionaries. These sources also explain the function of the jilbab as an outer garment: Muslim women share different views on how to wear it over the body. Some women feel that it is a practice only from God. The Quran quotes, " And say to believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what must ordinarily appear thereof ... " Some Muslim women wear the hijab to show and express their cultural and political identity.

The law of Hijaab requires that the whole female body (from head to feet, including the face) be concealed in the presence of ghair mahram (with whom marriage is permissible).
A woman should not emerge from the house unnecessarily. If she has to, due to some need, then she should cover her face and body with the outer garment e.g. ‘Burqa’, so the face and shape of the body are not exposed. It should be kept in mind that the outer garment should be of simple quality and the eyes should be covered with a net or cloth so as not to be a cause of attraction. The veil should not be put on in such a way where the outer garment is of good quality or thin cloth or wrapped round the face so the shape of the nose are exposed.
Allah says in the Holy Quran,
"Oh Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veil) all over their bodies (i.e. screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
Abu Hurairah radiyallahu anhu reported Allah’s messenger sallallahu alaihe wasallam having said this, "Two kinds of people would be in the worst situation in Hell. First, those officials who would carry with them whips looking like the tails of cows and they would use them for whipping people. Secondly, those women who would be naked despite wearing clothes (due to wearing see through and tight clothes) who would attract strangers (men) towards them and will themselves be attracted to them. Their heads will be on a side like the humps of fast camels. They will neither enter Paradise nor would they even smell the fragrance of Paradise which will reach for distances."(Abu Daud)

Clothing

When the Qur'an speaks of modesty, it speaks of both outward appearance and inward attitude, and it speaks to both women and men. Yet, women's rights in the Islamic world have been reduced to culturally relative fashion rights - the right to wear or not wear hijab (headscarf) and niqab (veil), the right to cut bangs while wearing a hijab, the right to wear make-up, etc. The issue of what a woman wears or does not wear on her head has become so divisive because it determines whether women are able to seek education, employment, or even husbands. We see a direct correlation between the status of women in a country and the personal freedom women possess regarding their public appearance. In Saudi Arabia, specifically, women are unable to fully engage with society because of the enforcement of niqab. At the other end, women are also unable to observe their faith and choose what to wear in secular countries like Syria and Turkey, which ban the niqab and hijab, respectively, though Turkey is beginning to quietly recant its ban.

A woman is likened to a sweet creature everything about her is an attraction for spectators. Islam protects her by enjoining her to wear Hijaab so that covering herself does not attract the swamps of flies and dirty creatures attracted to uncovered sweets as in the cone of today’s woman who falls prey to this. When a woman applies perfume and passes by a gathering of men, she is like this and this (like an adulterer). When a man is alone with a woman, the third one present is Shaitan.
